Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Search Engine Marketing (sem) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead initiatives at the intersection of scalable technology, AI-enabled capabilities, and business transformation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a leading SEM strategy across major search platforms and emerging channels
  • Manage and optimize a 9-figure SEM budget for maximum revenue
  • Establish performance frameworks that align SEM efforts with key business outcomes
  • Implement AI and automation to enhance SEM efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve landing page and onboarding performance
  • Drive improvements across the entire acquisition funnel beyond just media efficiency
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing SEM team, fostering a culture of experimentation

Qualifications

  • 10\+ years of performance marketing experience with deep SEM expertise
  • Proven track record managing SEM budgets of $20M\+ annually
  • Demonstrated success in driving incremental revenue and efficiency gains
  • Experience with automation, scripting, or AI/ML in paid media workflows
  • Strong analytical skills linking channel metrics to business outcomes
  • Ability to influence product, UX, and lifecycle strategies
  • Exceptional leadership experience in managing and developing senior team members
