Required Skill Sets:

• We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with proven expertise in SAP Fiori to join our dynamic design team.

• In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric interfaces for enterprise applications, leveraging Fioris design principles to deliver seamless experiences.

• You will also create wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively across cross-functional teams.

• The ideal candidate combines deep UX knowledge with hands-on Fiori experience, ensuring solutions align with both user needs and business objectives.

• Design and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications using SAP Fiori guidelines, ensuring consistency with Fioris UX paradigm (e.g., floorplans, UI5 controls).

• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to conceptualize workflows, layouts, and interaction patterns for Fiori applications.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into elegant, accessible designs.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.

• Create and maintain design systems, documentation, and style guides tailored to Fiori applications.

• Work within agile development cycles, balancing rapid iteration with high-quality deliverables.

• 5 years of professional UX design experience, with 2 years focused on SAP Fiori (UI5, Fiori Elements, or custom Fiori apps).

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in enterprise UX, Fiori patterns, and wireframing skills (e.g., using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or similar ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Preferred Qualifications Certification in SAP Fiori UX design or related fields.

• Knowledge of SAP S4HANA or other SAP modules.

• Experience with theming and customization of Fiori Launchpad.

Salary Range

• CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
