Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (slp) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government \& Non-Profit space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,160 – $141,440 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-aligned virtual speech therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using the company’s Clinical Test Library and automated Report Writer
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and refine Individualized Education Programs
• Attend IEP meetings and manage cases for 'Speech Only' students as needed
• Track session data and student progress for insightful IEP consultations
• Produce detailed, goal-oriented progress reports for each reporting period
• Deliver specialized state-specific services including AAC support and speech screenings

Qualifications

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Minimum of 1 year of full-time school-based experience in IEP-directed therapy post-CFY, with 2\+ years preferred for case management
• In-depth knowledge of the IEP process and evaluation report writing is essential
• Experience with Medicaid billing systems is highly advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse students are crucial
• Proficiency in virtual telehealth platforms and digital documentation is required
• Availability during standard school hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm) is necessary
