Business Analyst – ERP \& Transformation

Hybrid working with weekly team day in Thornbury \+ client visits

We’re recruiting a Business Analyst to join a specialist transformation consultancy delivering ERP-led change, merger integration and operating model design for ambitious, fast‑moving organisations.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with stakeholders to turn complex problems into practical solutions.

The role

• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Gathering and shaping business requirements
• Supporting ERP and broader transformation programmes
• Mapping current and future-state processes
• Identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Light-touch coordination to keep delivery on track

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a transformation environment
• ERP experience (any platform – system‑agnostic welcomed)
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading discussions
• Pragmatic, proactive, and happy to “get stuck in”
• Willing to travel to client sites when required

Nice to have (not essential):

• Finance or financial transformation exposure
• Agile / Lean / Six Sigma experience (training available)
