Part-Time Direct Care Worker

Pay: $15\.00 per hour (Up to $1,800 per month based on scheduled hours).

*Payday is the 10th of each month.

Job Requirements

• 18\+ with a HS diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (must be maintained)
• Ability to pass a DHW background check
• Completion of Community-Based Skill Training (provided upon hire)

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Assist participants with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, and mobility
• Monitor and report any changes in participants’ well-being
• Drive clients to social and community activities using company vehicles
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging environment
