POSITION TITLE: Creative Director, Consumer Products
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Consumer Products
THE POSITION:
The Creative Director will lead and elevate the next chapter of the Derma E and Think brands, building on a newly established brand foundations to drive consistency, cultural relevance, and continued creative evolution.
This role is responsible for owning the brand vision and translating it into best-in-class execution across all touchpoints, ensuring the work is cohesive, compelling, and drives commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings strong creative leadership, sharp executional rigor, and the ability to continuously push the brand forward.
BRAND VISION \& STEWARDSHIP
· Own and uphold the creative vision for Derma E and Think across all channels
· Build on the existing brand foundation to further refine and elevate visual identity and expression
· Ensure consistency and integrity across all touchpoints, maintaining a clear and differentiated brand presence
· Evolve and maintain brand guidelines across packaging, digital, retail, and content
CREATIVE DIRECTION \& EXECUTION
· Translate brand vision into best-in-class creative across campaigns, launches, and key brand moments
· Lead end-to-end development of creative from concept through execution and final delivery
· Direct photography, video, and content creation to ensure a cohesive and elevated aesthetic
· Maintain a high bar for design excellence, detail, and craft across all outputs
OMNICHANNEL EXPERIENCE
· Ensure a seamless, cohesive brand experience across all consumer touchpoints
· Adapt and optimize creative for each touchpoint (retail, digital. social, email, media) while maintaining a unified brand voice
· Elevate storytelling to drive both engagement and conversion
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
· Partner closely with Brand, Product, Digital, and Sales teams to bring initiatives to life
· Provide creative leadership and input across product launches, campaigns, and partnerships
· Align creative output with business objectives, ensuring work supports growth and performance
INSIGHTS \& INNOVATION
· Leverage consumer insights, cultural trends, and competitive landscape to inform creative direction
· Translate data into relevant, engaging, and differentiated creative concepts
· Continuously identify opportunities to evolve and modernize
Team Leadership \& Operations
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative team
· Manage priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
· Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and creative output
DESIRED EXPERIENCE \& QUALIFICATIONS
· 10\+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or design
· Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of brand vision and execution across multiple channels
· Experience evolving and scaling established brands
· Deep understanding of the skincare/beauty landscape and consumer behavior, beauty experience a must
· Expertise across digital, content, and packaging design
· Strong art direction across photography and video; motion/animation a plus
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
· Ability to think strategically while maintaining a hands-on approach in creative processes
· Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities without compromising quality
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
