Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise software initiatives through Agile collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement? We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise applications and digital solutions by translating business requirements into actionable development outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, designers, developers, and project teams to define requirements, streamline processes, and support Agile delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and communication expertise to transform complex business needs into clear and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis \& Requirements Management

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and operational needs to identify improvement opportunities and solution requirements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery sessions.
  • Develop detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, business rules, and supporting documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for technical and development teams.
  • Ensure requirements are well-defined, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.

Agile Delivery Support

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams to support Agile project execution.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation sessions, and prioritization activities.
  • Assist in defining acceptance criteria and ensuring development efforts align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Support iterative solution delivery and continuous feedback cycles throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to successful implementation and adoption of new features and enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement \& Communication

  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and project scope.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
  • Present requirements, project updates, metrics, and solution details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support decision-making through clear communication of risks, dependencies, and business impacts.

Documentation \& Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
  • Functional specifications
  • Business requirements documents
  • Process maps and workflows
  • Data flow diagrams
  • Wireframes and mockups
  • Test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Requirements traceability matrices
  • Status reports and presentations
  • Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout project execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with program, project, architecture, development, testing, and support teams.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support enterprise initiatives involving system modernization, integration, data exchange, and process transformation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development, digital transformation, or technology implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, requirements documentation, and business specifications.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficiency with Agile collaboration and documentation tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications and process diagramming tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pilot programs, phased implementations, or large-scale technology rollouts.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in consulting, customer-facing, or highly collaborative project environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, governance, system integration, and data exchange concepts.
  • Ability to coordinate initiatives involving multiple business and technical teams.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise software or financial technology platforms.
