E-commerce Operations Manager
Responsible for managing the technical and operational performance of the e-commerce platform (Shopify or similar). This role focuses on site functionality, integrations, and process optimization to ensure smooth daily operations. Key tasks include managing product uploads, inventory systems, order flow, payment gateways, and third-party apps. Troubleshoots site issues, improves site speed, and works with developers on technical updates. Ensures data accuracy across systems and builds efficient workflows for fulfillment, reporting, and automation.
