Product Owner

to lead the development of our

a, shaping the experiences that keep players engaged throughout their journey with OlyBet.

Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, UX, and our local markets, you'll define the product vision, translate customer needs into impactful features, and continuously optimise the player experience across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a product area that plays a key role in how millions of customer interactions are created and experienced.

What will you be doing?

• Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Engagement product area, ensuring it supports both player satisfaction and business growth
• Transform customer insights, market feedback, and business priorities into valuable product features
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and prioritisation to launch and continuous optimisation
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Use data, customer behaviour, and KPIs to validate ideas, measure success, and continuously improve the product
• Balance local market needs with platform capabilities to deliver scalable solutions across multiple markets
• Drive product decisions that create engaging, intuitive, and commercially successful player journeys

Does this sound like you?

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product design and agile development.
• Ability to balance strategic goals with hands-on feature management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working across markets and departments.
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning insights into action.
• Familiarity with UX principles and ability to advocate for great user journeys.
