Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Lead, IT during the creation of new systems required for offering new products/services to organisation’s stake holders
• Elicit, analyse, specify and verify business requirements
• Create high-level requirement documents
• Help technical teams to create optimal use cases and database design
• Coordinate with testing team during various phases of testing and represent end-users in the UAT phase
• Create and maintain Project plans for all key projects
• Effective Communication with all relevant key stakeholders
• All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct.

Experience:

The applicant must have minimum 05 years of experience in financial sector/ financial software development

Education:

The candidate must have a bachelor degree in Engineering / technology or equivalent. Commerce graduates with strong banking background may also apply. A post-graduate qualification in business management will be preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems, knowledge
• Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis expertise through usage of
• Techniques such as process modelling, use cases, obtain, capture,
• validate and document business requirements to ensure completeness,
• relevance, and accuracy.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and experience around Financial Services Domain

1. especially Retail / Commercial Lending.

• Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for
• enterprise such as MS Project and MS Visio
• Well versed with SDLC/Agile Knowledge of requirement gathering tools and SQL
• Good communication and documentation skills in the English language
• Prior Experience with Salesforce (Salescloud) or Digital Lending/Mobile
• Banking Platforms is a preferred but not mandatory
• Certifications on Salesforce, PMP, SCRUM,CBAP etc is preferred.
• Bureau understanding and AI inclusion in financial system is preferred.
