Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented System Engineer to join our on-site team in Southern NH. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic warfare (EW) system solutions to meet specific project and business needs. Key daily tasks include systems engineering, requirements management, earned-value management, and technical leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and ensure requirements are met, delivering high-quality results for the warfighter.

Qualifications

• Experience in Systems Engineering, Systems Design, and integration and test of complex EW systems
• Strong technical skills and the ability to manage cross-functional team to meet program milestones
• Proficiency in project management and earned value management (EVM)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards in defense and aerospace industries is a requirement
