We’re in an exciting growth stage and looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative marketing team. You’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, social, and marketing leaders to bring the GlyMed\+ brand to life across digital and print.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring the GlyMed\+ brand to life across all channels. In this role, you’ll craft visually compelling designs for campaigns, product launches, social media, email, web, print, and educational materials. You’ll create scroll-stopping digital assets, refresh existing content, and ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create impactful visual concepts
for campaigns, product launches, social media, email, web, print, and education materials.
- Design for social \+ digital
(reels covers, carousels, ads, stories, banners, thumbnails, etc.) that feel on-brand and scroll-stopping.
- Evolve and protect the brand
by applying and helping refine GlyMed\+ brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Refresh and upgrade existing assets—
Take what already exists and make it cleaner, clearer, and more effective.
- Collaborate daily
with designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Adapt content across formats
(resizing, reformatting, and optimizing assets for different platforms while maintaining quality).
- Stay current on trends and tools, including AI,
and bring fresh ideas, layouts, and techniques to the team.
- Support asset organization,
keeping files, templates, and brand assets organized and easy to find.
- Prepare production-ready files
for sign manufacturing and print advertising processes
- Approve pre-press documentation
from vendors before projects are printed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar degree preferred.
- 2\+ years of graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (bonus: experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or similar).
- Portfolio that shows a strong eye for polished, elevated design.
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn strategy into clear, engaging visuals.
- Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Strong organization and time management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail—you carefully review your work for accuracy, alignment, and quality.
- Positive, adaptable attitude; you enjoy working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Salary range:
$55,000 – $65,000
