We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments.

• Evaluate current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and operational teams to deliver effective business solutions.

• Conduct data analysis, business performance reviews, and process assessments to support decision-making.

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather information and align project objectives.

• Support project planning, testing, implementation, and change management activities.

• Develop business cases, reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

• Perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessments for business initiatives.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Monitor project outcomes and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate business documentation, process maps, and project records.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, data analysis, or related fields is preferred.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to gather, document, and interpret complex business requirements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business documentation tools.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is advantageous.

• Understanding of business process modeling, project management, and system implementation methodologies is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
