Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify user problems, gather requirements, and define clear, achievable outcomes for development teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys, identify product gaps, and propose initiatives that enhance user experience, drive adoption, and support business growth.
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business priorities.
- Create and maintain Marketing Requirements Documents (MRDs) and support execution alongside product owners and engineering teams.
- Partner with product owners and technical leads to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with designers to:
+ Define UX/UI direction
+ Develop wireframes and low‑fidelity prototypes
+ Validate usability and customer needs
+ Deliver high‑fidelity designs consistent with existing design systems
- Support high‑level technical decision‑making in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to measure feature impact and optimize performance using metrics such as conversion, revenue, and churn.
- Improve and scale product development processes to increase organizational efficiency.
- Take ownership of one or more product lines based on evolving business priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology‑related field
or
at least 3 years of relevant technical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or an equivalent role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Advanced Business‑level proficiency in Japanese and Conversational nglish.
- Proven ability to decompose complex technical or business problems into actionable deliverables while keeping business impact in focus.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments, startups, or on user‑facing products.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
- For candidates residing in Japan, a valid work visa with at least six months remaining.
