This is a platform product role where your customers are our development teams. You'll own and evolve critical platform capabilities, enabling product teams to build, deploy and operate software with greater speed, security and confidence.

You'll work across Kubernetes, GitOps, automation, observability and developer experience, helping drive the next evolution of our engineering platform in a highly available, regulated environment.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve our Kubernetes platform and shared services
• Build and enhance GitOps-based delivery pipelines
• Improve platform reliability, observability and security
• Drive infrastructure-as-code and automation practices
• Support products including Elastic, Kong, Vault (and other similar products).
• Improve developer experience through self-service tooling
• Partner with security, networking and engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence

What you'll bring

• Strong platform engineering, DevOps or infrastructure experience
• Deep Kubernetes expertise across complex environments
• Experience with GitOps, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code
• Knowledge of Helm, Terraform and automation tooling
• Experience with observability, monitoring and incident management
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or similar
• A collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement
