The Role

Director of Product
, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution across digital platforms and customer experience.
Director of Product Role
- Lead product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Own ecommerce platforms (Shopify Plus) and end-to-end UX
- Partner cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, Ops, and CX
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed decisions
- Manage internal teams and external developers
Director of Product Requirements
- 6–8\+ years in product leadership (ecommerce or tech)
- Strong Shopify Plus and DTC tools experience
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and testing
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver at pace
