Position: Fircosoft Developer

Location: Location must be Pittsburgh, Dallas, Cleveland, or Denver (Onsite)

Position:

Lead end-to-end upgrade of Fircosoft (Firco Continuity) platform to Version V6, ensuring minimal disruption to production sanction screening operations.

Analyze existing screening configurations, rule sets, and workflows; perform impact assessment and upgrade planning for migration to Fircosoft V6 architecture on cloud-native platform leveraging Java-based microservices.

Execute installation, configuration, and environment setup for Fircosoft V6 across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Migrate and validate existing watchlists, screening rules, filters, and case management workflows to the upgraded platform ensuring functional and regulatory equivalence.

Design and manage event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka, enabling real-time data streaming between Fircosoft and upstream/downstream systems.

Coordinate data migration, interface validation, and integration testing with upstream/downstream systems including payment systems, customer onboarding, and case management platforms.

Perform parallel run testing between legacy and upgraded environments to validate alert accuracy, false positive rates, and processing consistency.

Support batch processing optimization, performance tuning, and system configuration enhancements to improve screening efficiency and throughput.

Lead end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT support, regression testing, and defect resolution in collaboration with business and compliance teams.

Manage production deployment, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization activities ensuring adherence to compliance and operational SLAs.

Collaborate with compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to obtain signoffs, provide documentation, and ensure knowledge transfer for steady-state operations.

Experience with Fircosoft Trust

Hands-on with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions)

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture
