Job Description

Sarmaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO \& Paid Ads Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals at the early stage of their careers who are eager to develop strong expertise in both organic and paid digital acquisition channels within a structured and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical improvements.
  • Support the management and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and optimize tracking systems using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO and digital advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, including on-page and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing small-scale SEO or paid advertising campaigns.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices.
  • Experience with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
