Ralph Lauren is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative marketer to join the Global Brand Marketing team as Brand Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing team in the development and execution of global brand campaigns for Ralph Lauren, with a focus on Menswear Brands ensuring each brand’s unique identity is expressed with clarity, consistency, and cultural relevance across all consumer touchpoints.
Reporting to the Lead of Menswear, this individual will play a critical role in translating Design and Merchandising vision into compelling storytelling, driving brand heat and business impact through integrated global campaigns. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization and bring elevated, consumer-centric marketing to life at scale.
Success in this role will come from a deep understanding of the luxury and menswear consumer, the ability to differentiate brand narratives within a broader Menswear ecosystem, and a disciplined approach to execution across regions, channels, and platforms.

- Brand Strategy \& Campaign Development
+ Support the development and execution of global marketing strategies for Menswear brands, aligned with brand vision and business priorities
+ Translate Design and Merchandising direction into clear seasonal storytelling frameworks, campaign concepts, and activation plans
+ Ensure distinct and differentiated brand positioning across all Menswear brands.
+ Contribute to the development of consumer segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies to drive relevance and growth
+ Partner with Global Strategy and Insights teams to integrate consumer, cultural, and competitive intelligence into marketing plans
- Global Campaign Execution
+ Lead end-to-end development and execution of seasonal campaigns, from brief through launch and recap
+ Ensure Menswear Brands are effectively represented across key brand platforms, including global campaigns, shows, sports partnerships, and editorial moments
+ Partner with regional and channel teams (Digital, Social, PR, Paid Media, Retail, Wholesale, Experiential) to ensure consistent and elevated execution across all touchpoints
+ Develop clear creative briefs and guide internal and external teams to deliver on-brand, best-in-class content
+ Support the development of toolkits and guidelines to enable regional adaptation with local relevance
- Cross-Functional Leadership \& Collaboration
+ Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, Creative, Media, Communications, and Regional Marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
+ Act as a key connector across teams to ensure alignment between brand storytelling and commercial priorities
+ Build strong partnerships with internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver impactful and cohesive campaigns
+ Ensure alignment with broader Menswear strategy and integration across the full portfolio where appropriate
- Planning, Operations \& Communication
+ Support development and ongoing management of global marketing calendars, ensuring alignment across brands, regions, and channels
+ Lead day-to-day management of campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
+ Partner with Finance to track budgets and ensure alignment with investment priorities
+ Develop clear and compelling internal communications, including strategy documents, campaign briefs, and senior leadership presentations
+ Ensure consistent communication and alignment across global and regional stakeholders
- Performance, Insights \& Optimization
+ Track and analyze campaign performance, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations
+ Partner with Insights and Analytics teams to evaluate effectiveness across channels and initiatives
+ Support post-campaign recaps, identifying key learnings and opportunities to continuously improve marketing impact
+ Maintain a test-and-learn mindset to optimize storytelling, media strategies, and consumer engagement
Salary range: $65,000 - $129,225 annually,
- Experience in global brand marketing, preferably within luxury, fashion or lifestyle sectors
- Strong understanding of brand-building across multiple consumer segments
- Experience developing and executing integrated 360° marketing campaigns across global markets
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Strong storytelling instincts with an appreciation for craftsmanship, innovation, and cultural relevance
- Experience working across digital, social, content, and media ecosystems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Genuine understanding of and appreciation for the Ralph Lauren brand and its menswear categories
