Graphic Designer

Kreative Media is a fast-paced digital marketing agency looking for a self-starter and highly creative designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative visual thinker who thrives in an energetic environment and can deliver high-quality designs across a range of formats.You’ll be responsible for supporting our clients and internal team through strategic design work — including logos, paid ad creatives, branded decks, signage, packaging, email marketing design, and marketing collateral. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical execution, and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling visual assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more
• Develop brand decks, pitch presentations, and campaign toolkits that align with client strategy
• Create sales collateral, packaging mockups, signage, labels, and event materials
• Set up, design, optimize and send email marketing content that aligns with client strategy and brand
• Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables while adapting to each client’s brand identity
• Collaborate with content, strategy, and campaign teams to bring ideas to life
• Translate creative direction into effective, polished visual solutions
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications
• Contribute to creative ideation and internal design discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in constant contact, Hubspot and Klaviyo
• Strong working knowledge of Canva
• A portfolio showcasing a mix of ad creatives, branding, and print design
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven agency environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, signage, or packaging is a plus
