Overview

We are seeking a

Data Analyst

to support data-driven decision making across clinical and operational initiatives within a growing healthcare organization. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, build reporting solutions, and deliver insights that help improve performance and support strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with leadership, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams to translate data into actionable insights and develop scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a data subject matter expert for assigned clinical or operational service areas
  • Write intermediate to advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases
  • Develop dashboards and reports using BI and data visualization tools to communicate insights clearly
  • Aggregate, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
  • Identify trends, data gaps, and improvement opportunities through detailed analysis
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and analysis plans
  • Automate reporting and analytics workflows where appropriate using R or Python
  • Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies across datasets
  • Lead small to mid-sized analytics projects from data collection through final reporting
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Support teams with data interpretation and performance measurement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role
  • Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating data
  • Experience building reports or dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with healthcare or clinical datasets
  • Familiarity with R or Python for automation and data analysis
  • Experience working with large-scale or cloud-based data environments
