Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will support the execution of our digital creative strategy by leading the design and production of high-impact assets across social, e-commerce, and email marketing channels. This role will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams to translate brand priorities into performance-oriented creative that drives traffic, engagement, and sales.
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital design principles, conversion-focused layouts, and visual storytelling, with the ability to produce high-volume, quick-turnaround assets that support fast-moving promotional needs and key retail moments.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Execution: Design and produce high-impact digital assets for .com, email, and retail media, supporting featured brands, flash sales, and ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Strategic Translation: Transform marketing briefs and promotional calendars into compelling, performance-driven creative that enhances the digital shopping experience.
- Campaign Support: Execute routine and seasonal promotions with timely, accurate assets, ensuring consistency and strong visual hierarchy across all templates and platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Social Media and Merchandising teams to gather assets and develop supporting in-house content that complements real-time marketing needs.
- Multi-Platform Optimization: Support organic and paid media efforts by developing platform-relevant creative, including static imagery, simple motion, and short-form video templates.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain strict brand consistency while adapting creative to various formats, ensuring all output meets both aesthetic standards and technical requirements.
- Performance Innovation: Stay current on e-commerce and design trends to continuously identify opportunities for improving creative efficiency and campaign performance.
- All other duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, beauty, or grocery
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required; motion design tools a plus)
- Proven experience designing for digital commerce, including promotional banners, email marketing, and retail media assets
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design, including layout, hierarchy, and call-to-action optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequent quick-turn requests
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and ability to design platform-appropriate creative
- Photography and/or videography skills a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
