Job Description

About us

The company is building the execution engine for home services, starting with cleaning.

We make work inside the home deterministic by defining

duration and execution

—replacing arrival windows, variable scope, and "it depends" with certainty.

Our advantage compounds: the reliability system is learned through real in-home execution and encoded into software. The result is a service customers trust, and a data advantage competitors can't shortcut.

How We Work

Everyone at the company operates inside an AI-native operating system. AI handles briefings, task management, and synthesis. You bring judgment, product intuition, execution, and speed.

We move fast and we work hard. Expect long hours, nights, and weekends. If you are looking for work-life balance, this isn't the place for you.

We are looking for ambitious builders who want to build a category defining company.

The Role

As

Senior iOS Engineer,

you own the customer experience surface — the native iOS application that translates a complex logistics backend into a simple, trustworthy, high-conversion mobile experience.

The app is how customers interact with company's deterministic execution model. Booking flows, repeat scheduling, real-time status, trust signals — all of it runs through what you build. You own this end-to-end: architecture, performance, release process, and ongoing iteration.

This is a long-term ownership role. Not a pixel-perfect implementer, not someone who waits for Figma specs, not a junior learning role.

What You'll Own

End-to-end iOS development

  • End-to-end development of the native iOS app (Swift)
  • Architecture and maintainability of the mobile codebase
  • Integration with backend APIs and contract discipline

Product experience

  • Onboarding, booking flows, repeat scheduling, and trust UX
  • App performance, stability, and release process (App Store)
  • Offline handling, background states, and push notification flows

Growth and instrumentation

  • Instrumentation for analytics, experimentation, and growth
  • Ongoing iteration and optimization based on live data

What "High Agency" Means in This Role

You can take an ambiguous goal like "increase booking completion rate" and propose UX changes, implement them, instrument them, measure impact, and iterate independently — without waiting for a PM to define every detail.

  • Thinks in user journeys, not just screens
  • Anticipates failure cases (network loss, background transitions, stale data)
  • Writes technical design notes without being asked
  • Proactively proposes product improvements based on observation and metrics

Outcomes in First 6 Months

  • Ship MVP customer app (or significantly upgrade existing version)
  • Establish scalable mobile architecture
  • Reduce onboarding friction measurably
  • Improve booking completion and repeat usage metrics
  • Implement analytics instrumentation for experimentation
  • Establish clean release cadence and QA process for iOS

What We're Looking For

We care about

proof, not pedigree

.

Must-Haves (non-negotiable)

  • Strong production experience building and shipping native iOS apps

(Swift)

  • Deep understanding of:

app lifecycle, state management, async networking, background tasks, push notifications, and offline-first considerations

  • Experience integrating with typed APIs

(GraphQL or REST)

  • Strong debugging skills

in real-world production environments

  • Familiarity with instrumentation and analytics frameworks
  • Experience shipping and maintaining apps

in the App Store

  • AI-native mindset

: you already use AI to accelerate your engineering work — code generation, debugging, prototyping, documentation. You see AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty.

What Makes Someone Exceptional Here

  • Has built customer-facing apps with real transaction flows (bookings, payments, logistics)
  • Thinks deeply about performance and perceived speed
  • Understands how to build trust through UI clarity and system transparency
  • Has shipped multiple versions and iterated based on live data
  • Comfortable working closely with backend engineers to refine contracts
  • Has strong product intuition without needing a PM to define every detail

What This Is (and Isn't)

This is not a role for someone optimizing for strict boundaries. It

is

a role for someone who wants:

  • Full ownership of the primary customer surface
  • Real product leverage at a company where the app

is

the experience

  • A shot at building the mobile product behind a category-defining company.

The company is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates based on capability and mindset, not pedigree.
