Role Overview

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will work on the design, development, testing, and optimization of mechanical systems and components used across industrial and manufacturing environments.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving engineering problems, improving product performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams in fast-paced technical environments.

What You’ll Work On

  • Design and develop mechanical components, systems, and assemblies
  • Create and modify engineering drawings and 3D models using CAD software
  • Support product development from concept through manufacturing
  • Analyze mechanical systems for performance, reliability, and manufacturability
  • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and production teams
  • Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, or related areas
  • Familiarity with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Good communication and technical documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Internship or project experience in manufacturing or product development
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or process improvement concepts
  • Exposure to industrial equipment or production environments
  • Experience with testing and validation processes
  • Knowledge of materials, tolerances, and mechanical systems

Pay: $70,000\.00 - $80,000\.00 per year
