🎮 What You’ll Do

🔍 Product Testing \& Validation

• Define and document structured playtesting and sampling processes
• Playtest features before release — internally and on live operator sites
• Identify issues, escalate effectively, verify fixes, and ensure flawless delivery
• Analyse testing cycles and propose improvements that raise quality and speed

⚙️ Daily Optimisation \& Player Journey Ownership

• Collaborate with product teams to refine features and propose new ideas
• Work with analysts to interpret user behaviour and uncover optimisation opportunities
• Evaluate game ordering, filters, categories, assets, and layout logic
• Scrutinise the entire lobby journey — ensuring it’s intuitive, engaging, and fun

🏆 Competitive \& Strategic Analysis

• Monitor competitor lobbies, features, and UX patterns
• Playtest competitor products and benchmark them against ours
• Build repeatable evaluation frameworks and present insights with clarity
• Explore adjacent industries for inspiration and innovation
• Support product teams in building strong business cases for new developments

💼 Sales Enablement \& Commercial Support

• Collaborate with commercial teams to craft compelling pitches
• Help build competitive decks, demo environments, and sales materials
• Gather operator feedback and translate it into actionable improvements

💡 What You Bring

• Experience in competitive analysis, UAT, and playtesting
• Ability to turn findings into clear, actionable insights
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with issue‑tracking or productivity tools
• Mastery of presentation tools (Office Suite, digital design tools, etc.)
• Ideally: experience testing or playing digital games
• Ideally: some technical literacy
• Fluent English communication — visual and verbal
