Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Executive

AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month (dependent on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of engaging marketing campaigns across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands consumer behaviour, and knows how to create campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and footfall.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and external marketing partners, you'll act as the key link between the business and its agencies, transforming commercial initiatives into compelling digital campaigns that resonate with families and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that support business objectives.
- Plan and manage content calendars across all social media platforms.
- Create campaign concepts for seasonal events, promotions and customer activations.
- Brief, manage and collaborate with external marketing agencies, designers, photographers and content creators.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
- Recommend the most effective channels, content formats and campaign approaches to maximise engagement.
- Drive customer engagement through creative, innovative social media campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise activity based on results.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure all communications are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to translate operational initiatives into successful marketing campaigns.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and has a genuine passion for consumer marketing.
Requirements
- 3–6\+ years' experience in a marketing role.
- Strong experience managing social media platforms for a consumer-facing brand.
- Proven ability to create engaging content strategies and campaign plans.
- Experience working with external agencies and creative suppliers.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media analytics and campaign reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and digital trends.
