This is a remote position.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time ESL instructor with a clear and natural American accent to join our online teaching team.
The selected candidate will conduct live online English sessions for adult learners, focusing on improving their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.
Part-time / hourly work is also available.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, one-on-one online English sessions with adult learners
- Support students in developing their speaking, listening, pronunciation, and communication skills
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to improve fluency and confidence
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions following a structured teaching approach
Requirements
- Clear and natural American accent
- English proficiency of C1 level or higher
- Proven experience teaching English courses online
- Previous experience with language centers or online education platforms is required
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, engaging, and confident teaching style
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners’ development
