Position Summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is partnering with a client seeking a highly skilled

HRIS Analyst III

to own and optimize their Workday environment. This is a senior-level role for someone who thrives in complex systems, understands the downstream impact of HR data, and can confidently manage configurations, integrations, and compliance requirements.

You’ll be the go-to expert for Workday functionality, supporting Core HCM and Talent while driving system efficiency, data integrity, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM and Talent modules
  • Manage and support integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs
  • Lead system enhancements, releases, and testing cycles
  • Ensure SOX compliance across HRIS processes and documentation
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a Tier III escalation point
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to improve workflows and system performance
  • Maintain data integrity, security roles, and business process frameworks

Required Qualifications

  • 5\+ years of Workday HRIS experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with

Core HCM and Talent modules

  • Proven experience with

EIBs, Workday Connectors, and integrations

  • Solid understanding of

SOX compliance and audit processes

  • Advanced reporting and data analysis skills within Workday
  • U.S. Citizenship required
