Senior Financial Analyst

Venteon Finance is currently seeking a

SENIOR FP\&A ANALYST

for a growing manufacturing client in Farmington Hills.

REQUIREMENTS

of the Senior FP\&A Analyst role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• 2\+ years of Financial Analysis / FP\&A Experience
• Experience with OneStream
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

of the Senior FP\&A Analyst role

• Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range strategic plans
• Prepare detailed variance analyses comparing actual performance to forecasts
• Build and maintain financial models that support scenario planning
• Support financial close, consolidation, and reporting cycles within OneStream, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
• Develop and automate new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within OneStream to enhance visibility and reduce manual effort
• Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to identify and implement system upgrades or enhancements
• Other duties and projects as assigned
