Grow Your Staff is looking for a
Project Manager
for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business simulation games.
This is a full-time remote position.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in New Hampshire, USA.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for physical product-based projects, ensuring timely delivery from kick-off to final production and shipment
- Create, maintain, and optimize master project schedules to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Track and manage project progress using Teamwork (project management tool) to ensure visibility and accountability
- Run weekly project tracking meetings with stakeholders to review progress, mitigate risks, and drive execution
- Drive project timelines by proactively following up with internal teams, vendors, and partners on key milestones and deadlines
- Establish and manage structured communication rhythms (daily, weekly, monthly updates) for consistent stakeholder alignment
- Ensure all team members are aligned on deliverables, timelines, and expectations across all project phases
- Coordinate with factories, printers, and production partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of physical products
- Oversee international distribution processes, working with global partners to plan and deliver sub-licensed products
- Monitor and report project schedules, risks, and manufacturing trends to the Managing Director while working closely on daily schedule management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 10\+ years of experience in
non-technical project management
(operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or product-based environments).
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles for physical or consumer products.
- Strong expertise in project scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management.
- Experience using project management tools (preferably Teamwork or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and global teams.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
