We’re looking for a

Marketing Manager

to own brand execution and content strategy across all channels, working directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.

The Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands brand, content, and growth—and can actually build and deploy it.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything we put into the market is aligned, on-brand, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day brand execution across all marketing channels
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content (social, ads, educational)
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Engage with our audience—respond to comments, DMs, and build community
• Lead email marketing campaigns and lifecycle flows (onboarding, retention, reactivation)
• Develop and manage content calendars tied to growth initiatives
• Ensure consistency across paid ads, landing pages, and organic content
• Execute campaigns in partnership with the CMO and paid media team
• Plan and run events (brand activations, patient engagement, networking)
• Track performance and continuously optimize content and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6\+ years in marketing, content, or social media (DTC or healthcare preferred)
• Strong understanding of brand voice and content strategy
• Hands-on video production and editing experience
• Experience managing social media accounts and engaging with audiences
• Email marketing experience (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
