The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a driven Project Manager to join our Fort Wayne, Indiana team. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong technical know-how with the people skills to keep clients, project teams, and field leadership working in sync. You'll own the success of small to mid-sized projects, with plenty of room to grow into larger, more complex work as you build your track record with us.

What You'll Do

• Lead Projects — Coordinate your team and project resources from initiation through closeout on small to mid-sized projects
• Drive Planning — Facilitate project meetings with your team, clients, and stakeholders to set clear goals and objectives
• Own the Outcome — Take ownership of project results across safety, quality, financials, and client satisfaction
• Manage the Money — Monitor and manage budgets across multiple simultaneous projects, allocate resources wisely, mitigate risk, and drive revenue

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of construction management or estimating experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to travel occasionally
