HIRING: Salesforce Administrator

Salary range: $115,000 to $130,000 plus bonus

Location: Overland Park, KS

MUST live in the Kansas City metro

Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent

Logistics: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Note: Must be authorized to work in the US on an unrestricted basis.

Required Experience

• 3 - 5 years minimum of Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience with Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, scheduled)
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (various versions of Salesforce's platform)
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, but not required)

This role will involve data migrations, building new Salesforce solutions (transitioning operational processes into Salesforce), and optimizing existing processes.

This person should be comfortable working directly with non-technical business users to gather requirements and translate those requirements into effective Salesforce solutions (fields, workflows, flows, reports, etc.).

The right individual will be eager to own the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions.

This individual will work closely with key stakeholders to develop a Salesforce roadmap, prioritize projects, estimate delivery timelines, build and test solutions, and roll them out to end users.
