The Lease Retention Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with our clients by helping them navigate their lease-end options and connecting them with opportunities to upgrade, renew, or purchase their vehicle.

What You'll Do
- Proactively contact customers approaching lease maturity through phone, email, text, and other approved communication channels.
- Educate customers on lease-end options, including lease renewal, vehicle upgrades, lease buyouts, and vehicle returns.
- Generate appointments for the sales team by identifying customers who may benefit from replacing or upgrading their current vehicle.
- Review lease maturity reports, equity opportunities, and loyalty programs to identify qualified customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and appointment outcomes in the CRM.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support dealership lease retention initiatives and manufacturer loyalty programs.
- Consistently follow up with customers to maximize appointment show rates and retention opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping customers and building trust.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with customer databases, CRM systems, and tracking activity metrics.
- Ability to identify opportunities and create customer interest without being overly aggressive.
- Automotive dealership, BDC, customer service, sales support, or retention experience is preferred.
- Experience working with lease customers or automotive sales processes is a plus.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 / year plus bonus based on performance
