What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending On Certification Approvals, Analysts May Be Engaged In

Financial Modeling \& Valuation

• 3-statement financial models
• LBO / DCF modeling specific to private equity deals
• Sensitivity and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• “Football field” valuation summaries

Due Diligence \& Transaction Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial and operational diligence
• Risk assessment and deal screening
• Investment memo creation and reporting support

Analysts may only perform work in

approved categories

, earned through

assessment and performance

How Analysts Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
• Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence, Private Equity)
• Get verified on the platform
• Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work

Verified analysts are actively promoted to

fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors

Certification \& Eligibility

To qualify, you must meet

at least one

of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a

0–100 Analyst Rating Score

, which determines:

• Visibility on the platform
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly rates

Compensation \& Deal Terms

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
