How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Strategic Oversight \& Alignment: Defines project objectives that align with company goals, managing multiple projects as a cohesive program.
- Pre-Deal \& Due Diligence Support: Leads infrastructure technical due diligence, cost modeling, risk assessments, and integration/separation feasibility analysis for pre-deal evaluations.
- Team Leadership: Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates staff, fostering a collaborative, productive work environment, and improving performance and career development.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the liaison between technical/project/program teams, upper management, and external stakeholders to report progress and align goals.
- Risk \& Issue Escalation: Handles high-level risks, manages cross-project dependencies, and serves as the point of escalation for project/program managers.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:* High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 3 years of Healthcare leadership or management experience preferred.
- Program/Project Management leadership experience preferred.
- Merger, acquisition and/or divestiture experience preferred.
