What you'll achieve

As a Product Management Senior Consultant, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation products, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a product road map and align product strategies for the business.

You will:

• Drive business rhythm and execution discipline:

Establish operating cadence, KPI frameworks, governance, and execution tracking to ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery

• Translate strategy into results:

Partner with leadership on annual and long-range planning, converting strategy into clear priorities, milestones, and measurable outcomes

• Optimize P\&L performance and investment decisions:

Identify revenue, cost, and margin opportunities while leading portfolio prioritization and ROI-based resource allocation

• Enable cross-functional alignment and scalability:

Influence across product, engineering, finance, operations, sales, and support to remove barriers and build scalable processes

• Support executive decision-making and transformation:

Deliver insights through analytics and financial modeling while leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and business transformations

• P\&L and financial impact:

Experience supporting P\&L-driven businesses with measurable impact on revenue growth, cost structure, and operating margin

• Senior executive operations leadership:

Background in Chief of Staff, Director of Operations, or similar roles partnering closely with senior leaders

• Influence at scale:

Proven ability to lead through influence across large, global, matrixed organizations

• Operational excellence, analytics, and AI modernization:

Strong business and financial acumen, leveraging ROI analysis, data analytics, BI, automation, and AI-enabled modernization to improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability

• Structured, executive-level communicator:

Ability to simplify complexity, implement scalable structure and governance, and deliver measurable results with strong executive presence and stakeholder management

Essential Requirements

• Experience in

product-based or hardware technology businesses

• Exposure to

portfolio management, capital planning, and long-range planning (LRP)

• Experience with

AI/ML, automation, or process optimization

in an operational context

• Proven success in

transformation, turnaround, or scale environments
