What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and build relationships with property owners via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Manage active deal pipelines and guide clients through every stage of the transaction
• Execute our proprietary sales process to drive results and deliver value
• Represent one of our core asset classes: self-storage, manufactured housing, or healthcare
• Partner with in-house analysts, marketing, and transaction teams to close deals efficiently

• Year 1: $0 – $200K
• Year 2: $150K – $500K
