We're on the lookout for a

Junior Graphic Designer

to join our talented Marketing team. Working closely with our Graphic Design Lead and a collaborative team of designers, you'll help create engaging digital and print assets across our Apparel portfolio for BONDS. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your creative career while working on nationally recognised brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design engaging digital and print assets across a variety of channels, including social media, websites, EDMs, retail campaigns, packaging and in-store communications.
• Support the creative process from concept development through to final artwork and production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Product and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver high-quality creative campaigns.
• Produce artwork that aligns with brand guidelines while ensuring consistency across multiple brands and touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Create a range of creative assets including presentations, campaign collateral and internal communications.
• Contribute ideas, solve creative challenges and stay up to date with design trends and best practice.

About You

• A qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline, with some commercial design experience or a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• A strong understanding of design principles across both digital and print channels.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Experience with Figma, After Effects or motion design is advantageous but not essential.
