Position Overview
FinTitan is looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager whose primary role will be to lead the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events that drive brand awareness and business development opportunities. This role will own FinTitan’s event strategy and execution, ensuring the company has a strong presence at key fintech and financial services events globally.
You will also be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our market presence, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis will be vital to elevating our brand in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute industry conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events
- Manage FinTitan’s event calendar and strategy
- Coordinate booth design, branding, and on-site logistics
- Manage relationships with event organizers, vendors, and partners
- Collaborate with sales to maximize meeting bookings and lead generation
- Organize webinars, virtual events, and executive roundtables
- Track event ROI, lead capture, and post-event follow-up campaigns
- Manage event budgets and timelines
- Coordinate travel logistics for executives and sales teams
- Develop creative event activations to increase brand engagement
- Social media management including content creation and optimization strategies
- Creation of marketing collateral related to organizational initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 4\+ years experience in B2B event marketing
- Experience managing conferences and trade shows
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with sales teams to generate pipeline from events
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent vendor negotiation and logistics management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SaaS
- Experience managing large industry events (Money20/20, Fintech Week, etc.)
- Familiarity with event technology platforms and CRM integrations
Success Metrics:
- Leads and pipeline generated from events
- Event attendance and engagement
- Cost per lead and event ROI
- Number of meetings booked at conferences
