Position Summary

Istios Health is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager of Operations to support and scale both our national telehealth operations and our growing Arizona market. This role will work closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, and operational partners to drive day-to-day execution, improve financial and back-office performance, and support growth initiatives across service lines.

The Senior Manager of Operations will play a key role in building scalable systems across telehealth, practice operations, revenue cycle management, budgeting, and market expansion. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving healthcare environment and bringing structure, accountability, and strategic thinking to a growing physician-led specialty network.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across national telehealth programs and the Arizona market.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies across telehealth, specialty care, and new service lines.
• Oversee back-office operations, including administrative workflows, staffing coordination, vendor management, and operational reporting.
• Support revenue cycle management, including claims performance, denial trends, accounts receivable, payer issues, and reimbursement improvement opportunities.
• Own or support budgeting processes, including budget development, expense tracking, variance analysis, and financial performance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, and create scalable workflows across markets.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure provider schedules, staffing models, and patient access align with business needs.
• Support market expansion efforts in Arizona, including referral development, facility partnerships, and operational readiness for new programs.
• Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to leadership on operational, financial, and growth performance.
• Help standardize processes that can be replicated across Istios Health’s broader specialty network.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in healthcare operations, practice management, telehealth operations, or multi-site physician practice management.
• Strong understanding of RCM, budgeting, provider operations, and back-office workflows.
• Comfortable working across both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational execution.
• Growth-oriented, analytical, and able to build process in a developing organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with physicians, operators, and executive leadership.
