Job Overview:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will partner with Leadership throughout the company to shape and execute Wind Creek Hospitality’s enterprise strategy as a technology‑enabled, customer‑centric engagement company. As leader of one of three technology‑focused divisions within Wind Creek Hospitality (WCH), the CIO will own enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, end‑user technology, and property technology deployment, overseeing the deployment and operation of technology systems throughout the organization that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.
This role, as leader of IT Systems Deployment and Maintenance, will collaborate closely with Wind Creek Hospitality’sChief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Data \& Analytics Officer (CDAO) collectively Wind Creek’s technology leadership—to ensure enterprise platforms, data solutions, and digital capabilities are securely, reliably, and consistently deployed across all properties in alignment with business priorities.In collaboration with the CDAO, the CIO is instrumental in ensuring data generated from enterprise systems can be securely captured, integrated, and operationalized to enhance customer engagement, operational efficiency, workforce effectiveness, and competitive positioning within the hospitality and gaming industry.
The CIO will also serve as executive owner of enterprise cybersecurity execution, cyber risk management, privacy, and digital trust across their domains of responsibility. Working collaboratively with technology leadership and business stakeholders, the CIO ensures Wind Creek delivers low‑friction, modern, and resilient technology‑enabled experiences for guests, team members, and partners, supporting a seamless online‑to‑on‑property customer engagement loop.
The CIO collaborates with Property General Managers and Corporate C‑Suite peers to solve complex operational challenges and enable differentiated guest and employee experiences through technology. The role has responsibility for enterprise IT functions across multiple properties and jurisdictions and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The CIO’s responsibilities span enterprise leadership, technology operations, cybersecurity, and organizational effectiveness. The CIO brings a balanced portfolio of strategic vision, operational discipline, financial acumen, and executive leadership experience to competitively position Wind Creek Hospitality for long‑term growth.
- Enterprise Leadership \& Strategy
- Serve as a member of Wind Creek Hospitality’s executive technology leadership team, shaping enterprise technology strategy and IT investment priorities aligned with business outcomes.
- Partner with corporate and property leadership to define and execute IT strategies that support guest experience, growth, stability, resiliency, regulatory compliance, and workforce productivity.
- IT Operations \& Infrastructure
- Lead and manage IT Systems Deployment and Maintenance functions.
- Lead enterprise infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Ensure uninterrupted delivery of IT services.
- Cybersecurity, Risk, \& Compliance
- Serve as executive owner of enterprise cyber risk, privacy, regulatory compliance, and digital trust execution.
- Embed security‑by‑design and zero‑trust principles.
- Oversee incident response and business continuity.
- Financial \& Vendor Management
- Own enterprise IT operating and capital budgets.
- Establish and manage strategic vendor partnerships.
- Talent \& Organizational Leadership
- Build and retain a high‑performing IT organization.

Role Alignment Across Technology Leadership:

**Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree- required
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Fifteen (15) years of progressive IT leadership experience- required
- Five (5) years of executive‑level leadership experience- required
- Gaming License in all jurisdictions where required or ability to obtain- required
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
