About the Opportunity

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is expanding its presence through a new Miami-based subsidiary focused on next-generation digital technologies, operational innovation, and enterprise Web3 infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the establishment and long-term operational success of this growing business unit.

This executive role will oversee operational strategy, organizational development, cross-functional execution, and business scalability while supporting technology-driven initiatives in blockchain infrastructure, enterprise Web3 solutions, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and lead high-performing operations, administration, and support teams.
• Design scalable operational processes and performance frameworks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational growth and strategic planning.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
• Establish policies, compliance procedures, and governance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, marketing, and business operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support expansion of enterprise blockchain and Web3 business operations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10\+ years of senior operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing large cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in organizational scaling and operational strategy.
• Experience working within technology, fintech, SaaS, or digital innovation environments.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, or digital infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
