Job Description
The Occupational Therapist at the main campus provides comprehensive pediatric and adolescent assessment and intervention, with adult skills if required. They conduct thorough evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans, actively involving caregivers and patients in goal setting and intervention. The therapist monitors progress, adjusts plans as needed, and determines discharge timing. They collaborate with internal and external professionals to ensure coordinated care and continuously seek to expand their knowledge and skills. As a vital team member, they participate in meetings and complete mandatory assignments, embodying the organization's values in daily interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Department-specific hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, working full-time for 40 hours per week.
