This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GSI Regional Partner Manager, West based in the United States.

This role is a key driver of strategic growth across major Global System Integrator partnerships in the Western United States. You will act as the bridge between global alliance strategy and regional execution, ensuring consistent alignment across sales, partners, and internal teams. The position combines high-level relationship management with hands-on pipeline ownership and co-sell execution. You will work closely with enterprise partners to generate, accelerate, and close opportunities in a highly competitive cybersecurity market. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and deeply collaborative, with strong emphasis on execution excellence and measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, field sales, and strategic GTM alignment.

Accountabilities

  • Drive regional execution of GSI partnership strategies in alignment with global alliance objectives
  • Lead co-sell motions with partners and internal field sales teams from opportunity creation through deal closure
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and strong KPI discipline
  • Develop and maintain strong executive and operational relationships across key GSI organizations
  • Organize and execute partner-facing field marketing initiatives, events, and demand-generation activities across the West region
  • Collaborate with internal sales, alliances, and services teams to ensure unified go-to-market execution
  • Identify target accounts and deploy sales plays that accelerate revenue growth through partner ecosystems

Requirements

  • 5\+ years of experience in GSI-focused sales, alliances, or partner management roles
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex enterprise pipelines
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and early-growth or high-growth technology environments
  • Experience working in co-sell ecosystems with large global system integrators or strategic channel partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage KPIs, forecasting, and CRM-driven execution discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the West Coast for partner and customer engagement
