A Brief Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, community traffic, lead generation, and home sales for View Homes. This role partners closely with sales, construction, and leadership teams to ensure consistent branding, strong market presence, and measurable marketing performance across all communities and channels.
What You Will Do
- Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing View Homes communities.
- Plans, manages, and optimizes campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, signage, and events.
- Supports new community launches, model openings, and grand opening events.
- Ensures marketing strategies align with sales goals, market conditions, and buyer demographics.
- Manages digital marketing efforts, including paid search, paid social, SEO, website content, and email campaigns.
- Oversees online listings, community websites, and lead routing platforms (e.g., CRM, MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com).
- Analyzes lead performance and conversion metrics to improve traffic and sales outcomes.
- Maintains and protects the View Homes brand across all markets and marketing materials.
- Ensures consistent messaging, visual standards, and tone across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborates with creative partners, agencies, and vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Partners with sales teams to develop tools such as brochures, floor plan collateral, signage, and presentation materials.
- Provides marketing insights to support pricing strategies, promotions, and buyer incentives.
- Trains sales teams on campaign initiatives and marketing programs.
- Develops and manages division-level marketing budgets.
- Tracks ROI and performance against budgets and goals.
- Manages relationships with external vendors, agencies, printers, and media partners.
- Monitors KPIs such as traffic, leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Prepares regular performance reports and present insights to leadership.
- Continuously tests, learns, and optimizes marketing tactics to improve results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Required or
- 5\+ years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding, real estate, construction, or a related industry. Required and
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and analytics. Required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with the ability to establish strong working relationships with superiors and peers. Required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Required
- Experience marketing residential communities or large-ticket consumer products. Preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and real estate listing platforms. Preferred
- Event marketing and new community launch experience. Preferred
- Proficient in standard office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email programs, and internet browsers. Additionally, experience with Photoshop or other graphic design/manipulation software is highly desirable.
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with the ability to establish strong working relationships with superiors and peers.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work within specified deadlines.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, spontaneous, and deadline-driven environment.
- Requires a detail-oriented, independent thinker who can be a part of a team and demonstrate strong attention to detail, and basic knowledge of property management activities.
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
Compensation
We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is generally between $99,835 - $117,293, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
