We're Hiring: Head of Engineering, Enterprise

Reporting directly to the CEO

SpatialChat is building the AI Engagement and Distribution Operating System for B2B enterprises.

Our mission is simple: Turn engagement into revenue.

We bring together webinars, virtual events, communities, AI-powered content creation, distribution, and outbound engagement into one intelligent operating system that helps companies engage their audiences, build relationships, generate pipeline, and drive revenue.

We work with leading global organizations including HP, Sony, Google, Stanford University, Harvard, MIT, Aon, and Fortune 500 companies. We're looking for an exceptional engineering leader to help build and scale the next phase of SpatialChat.

About the Role

This isn't a traditional engineering management role. You'll own the entire engineering lifecycle, from product architecture and roadmap decisions to hiring, execution, and enterprise deployments.

You'll work directly with the CEO, customers, and GTM teams to build products that solve complex enterprise problems and drive business growth.

A major part of this role is reimagining what engineering effectiveness looks like in the AI era.

What You'll Own

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing engineering team.

• Own engineering architecture, infrastructure, security, reliability, and delivery.

• Define and prioritize the enterprise product roadmap.

• Build the next generation of AI-powered engagement and distribution capabilities.

• Turn complex customer requirements into scalable product capabilities.

• Work directly with Fortune 500 customers on technical strategy and deployments.

• Introduce AI-native engineering workflows to increase speed and productivity.

• Hire exceptional engineers and build a culture of ownership and execution.

• Stay technically hands-on and lead through engineering credibility.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth startups.

• Strong technical and architectural depth.

• Experience building enterprise SaaS products.

• Ability to work directly with enterprise customers and GTM teams.

• A track record of recruiting and developing exceptional engineers.

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one.

• Strong product thinking and commercial awareness.

• An AI-first mindset and a founder's sense of ownership.
