Lead and manage talent management initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-potential employees. The role focuses on succession planning, leadership development, competency frameworks, and career growth programs aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management and leadership development strategies.
• Build and manage succession planning and talent pipeline programs.
• Design competency frameworks and align them with business and people strategies.
• Identify and develop high-potential employees (HIPO) through coaching, mentoring, and development initiatives.
• Lead leadership development programs for early-career, mid-level, and senior leaders.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create meaningful development plans for key talent.
• Manage talent review processes, career development, and talent mobility programs.
• Use assessment tools such as psychometric tests and 360-degree feedback for leadership evaluation.
• Monitor talent analytics, reporting dashboards, and workforce planning data.
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and talent management practices follow best practices and organizational standards.
• Manage team performance, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants/service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• CIPD or similar HR certification preferred.
