Talent Management Manager

Lead and manage talent management initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-potential employees. The role focuses on succession planning, leadership development, competency frameworks, and career growth programs aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent management and leadership development strategies.
- Build and manage succession planning and talent pipeline programs.
- Design competency frameworks and align them with business and people strategies.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees (HIPO) through coaching, mentoring, and development initiatives.
- Lead leadership development programs for early-career, mid-level, and senior leaders.
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to create meaningful development plans for key talent.
- Manage talent review processes, career development, and talent mobility programs.
- Use assessment tools such as psychometric tests and 360-degree feedback for leadership evaluation.
- Monitor talent analytics, reporting dashboards, and workforce planning data.
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and talent management practices follow best practices and organizational standards.
- Manage team performance, budgets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants/service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- CIPD or similar HR certification preferred.
