The Gray-New Gloucester High School is anticipating seeking a School Counselor to join our team of educators for the upcoming 26-27 school year.

This counselor will provide a wide range of services for students in grades 9-12, including academic advising, college planning, and career counseling.

Together with teachers, administrators, parents, and our caring communities, school counselors will foster responsible citizenship and passion for life-long learning.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to cultivate positive relationships with others, and be able to problem-solve and prioritize a variety of different situations.

Above all else, applicants should be passionate about working with our team to make a positive difference in the lives of all our students.

Applicants must hold a Maine department of Education Certification Endorsement 075 and have a current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check prior to employment.
