to join our established Recruitment team.
Working alongside our current Recruitment team, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding quality employees across a diverse range of trade, maintenance and project-based positions. About the Role
As Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment activities that support the ongoing growth and success of our business.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising through to onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and source quality candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future workforce needs
- Conducting proactive candidate sourcing and market searches
- Screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment processes
- Coordinating employment offers, onboarding, and induction activities
- Developing strong relationships with external labour hire and recruitment providers
- Assisting with workforce planning and recruitment strategies
- Ensuring recruitment activities align with company policies and employment legislation
- Staying informed of recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Providing recruitment support and advice to management and supervisors across the business
About You
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- A professional approach to maintaining confidentiality and sensitive information
- Strong computer skills and experience using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and team-focused attitude
A qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline will be highly regarded but is not essential.
